IMDA

With an expected turnout of over 100 participants, IMDA had some concerns initially, on whether all participants would be fully engaged throughout the event.

However, being the biggest provider of Team Building Activities in Singapore, we were able to customize a proposal that was tailored to IMDA’s needs – with activities that were engaging to employees of varying age groups and physical level! With over 3000 events under our belt, and having delivered memorable experiences for corporates, government organizations, private events and many other occasions, we were confident of delivering a wonderful experience for IMDA!

In consideration of the older participants, IMDA requested for games that were less physical for the event. The activities we had in store for IMDA were thoughtfully handpicked to cater to the wide age range of participants.

With our wide range of games and activities, it was a breeze for IMDA to select their desired games to meet their objectives!

Our games were modified to suit the older participants of IMDA, while keeping in mind the fun and team building aspects of the various game formats! We ensured that participants not only had a fun time but also enhanced their teamwork and communication with their colleagues in the process.

The games were conducted by 10 of our experienced facilitators. They have undergone extensive training and certification to ensure that they possess the knowledge and skills required to run all types of events – ranging from team building, cohesion, birthday parties, and gatherings.

Led by the head facilitator and main emcee of the day - Erfan, the program started off with a safety briefing to ensure that everyone was familiar with the gameplay and safety pointers.

Over the next 3 hours, the teams battled hard against each other in a variety of Laser Tag and Poolball matches Apart from having fun, many participants mentioned that they were glad to get some form of exercise done which they could hardly do on a normal day.

Participants who did not win any awards were not disheartened as they went home with important values such as teamwork, communication, and leadership. Above all, they managed to bridge the gap with their colleagues and became friends! Yet another successful event done by FunEmpire!
