Besides being a passionate tea lover himself, Kevin and his team have travelled around Japan to meet and learn from the best tea farmers and masters — spending stints with them to establish an intimate knowledge of where their tea comes from, how it’s made, and everything that goes into cultivating their craft. Together, they would like to share this rich culture, heritage, and tradition with you!
