Cancellation & other policies
- To secure your spot, your host will not accept other guests. Therefore, cancellations are not permitted.
- If any participants test positive (or are suspected) for Covid-19, they must present verification from the MOH 72 hours before the trip. Customers can then reschedule the booking with no extra charge. If it’s less than 72 hours, rescheduling is allowed with a 15% booking fee charge.
