There are many different types of scones, and each country has its own variation.

In the United States, for example, there are sweet scones and savory scones.

The UK is known for its traditional scones, which are served with clotted cream and jam.

However, in Singapore, we have our own version of the scone – the pandan chiffon cake!

This light and fluffy cake is made with pandan leaves extract, which gives it a unique flavor that you can’t find anywhere else in the world.

Nice little cafe located in the neigbourhood of Serangoon. Ordered an ice white & the earl grey swiss roll. Love the bitter of the coffee, while the swiss roll is light with great earl grey flavour – not too sweet too! All in all, it’s a good experience. The staffs are friendly too!
