Adult bicycles can be rented from the bicycle rental shop. The bicycle rental shop also gives children’s bicycles with training wheels.
And then the more unusual option, the pedal go-karts, or the giant family bikes (really, pedal-powered golf buggies with canopies for sun cover).

She was accommodating to all our requests and Coastline Leisure was promptly prepared on event day. Thank you for all your help in helping us make our event a success.

Biking Singapore are the experts in foldables and vintage bikes, and unlike others, they deliver (and pick up) from you.
It’s just right, whether you need a cheap, no-fuss way to get around, or – in the case of vintage models – to recapture that singularly Victorian pleasure of the ride, in which getting from point A to B is an afterthought.
Rentals start in blocks of three or four hours at around S$20 to S$30 per hour and are packaged with the safety gear, delivery, pick-up and a basic orientation for folds – all which are required by law.
Key Differentiators
- Bicycle rentals come in a minimum of three or four hours and work out to around S$20 to S$30 per hour.

Sylvia taught my daughter to cycle on 2 wheels in just 2 sessions of 2 hours each! My daughter started off not being very confident, and she couldn’t balance well. By the end of the first lesson, she could lift her feet and glide for about 8 seconds. By the end of the second lesson, she could peddle on two wheels for around 30m, make a left loop and return back! Sylvia is a patient, encouraging and caring coach who knows how to interact with kids very well. Thumbs up!!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
If you have any questions about Bike Rental in Singapore, you can refer to the frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the best Bike Rental in Singapore below:
What are the best Bike Rental stores in Singapore?
If you’re looking for a bike rental, here are the best ones in Singapore. GoCycling is a firm I have used before, as they have various outlets, 12 rental shops around the island at time of writing, so you can collect and drop off at your convenience. They also offer cooler-brand bicycles, their rates start at S$8 per hour (plus an ongoing promotion for members) for single-person bicycles for adults and children. They also have tandem and family bicycles, children’s pedal go-karts and so on. Lifestyle Bike N Skate is another company, specialising in families and female-friendly bikes. Prices are pretty similar to the above company. City Scoot has hourly rentals starting at S$10 (or daily packages from S$35 for first day) which is amazingly affordable. Anywheel has electric scooters that start from just S$5 per hour.
Are bike rentals cheaper than buying my own bike?
Yes, rates for bike rentals are generally more economical, compared to buying a new one in Singapore. After considering the vendor of your desired bike, as well as the duration of bike loan, rates for bike rentals in Singapore range from S$5-8 per hour or packages, starting at S$35 per day. That is much less than the cost of buying your own bike and it could be a good alternative if you are looking for a cheaper option of experiencing Singapore.
What types of bikes are available to rent?
There are many different bicycles to rent in the best bike rental shops in Singapore, these are: adult single-person bicycle for kids; tandem bike; family bicycle; electric bicycle; pedal go-kart; city bike; great lifestyle bicycle, KIDS BIKES; electric scooter; rental bicycle etc.. depending on the type you want, the prices will be differ, but generally you can start at the price of S$8 per hour to ride the tandem bicycle, S$16 per hour to ride the family bicycle or S$35 per day to use any package.
Is renting a bike better than using public transport?
The main benefit when using a bike rental is that you can have much more freedom when travelling around; compared to using buses or trains, you are not limited to a specific route or timetable. Instead, you can freely travel wherever you like without worrying about how long it’ll take you to get there and back. There are some interesting attractions in the city which you must visit with rented bikes like the Singapore River, Punggol Jetty (near to Coney Island), East Coast Park Area, Punggol Waterway Park, City Hall MRT station, Changi Beach Park, Pasir Ris Town Park, to Jurong Lake Gardens. Besides, being on a bike will also give you a closer view of the city than how you would see it through the windows of a bus or train! Last but not least, biking is also much healthier for the organs and joints as it is an excellent way to exercise when commuting.
