In the Republic of Singapore Air Force ( RSAF ), teamwork is one of, if not the most, vital value that every serviceman should possess. While they're no strangers to outdoor team-building activities that build their muscles, the serviceman decided to change their perspective on conventional team-building games, heading towards the direction of creative workshops instead, which not only could strengthen team-bonding, but also are mentally stimulating.

Intrigued by the notion of painting canvases alongside their fellow peers, and having been recommended by other services in the Singapore Armed Forces, servicemen from the Singapore Air Force eventually selected FunEmpire as the vendor to provide an Art Jamming session for their monthly team cohesion event.

Organizing for a group of 40 servicemen, they desire a fuss-free planning process as possible. Heeding their request, members from FunEmpire's Sales team have recommended that the Art Jamming workshop be held at our events space, rather than to source out an external location. This enables them to save much time and to cut off their budget expenses.

The events space at FunEmpire's Headquarters could cater up to 80 people, and hosts events ranging from creative workshops to adventure-style games such as Laser Tag and Escape Room. We also regularly hold public classes, allowing us to be the first and only events company in Singapore to operate as a walk-in business.

At FunEmpire, inclusion is highly-crucial to us, and we dislike having to exclude anyone from engaging in our activities. Our Art Jamming workshop takes place in a non-judgemental and encouraging environment where participants could freely explore and hone their artistic capabilities

Before the participants arrived, the facilitators laid down all the materials, which include an individual canvas ( 30cm x 40cm ), paintbrushes, rags and containers. This is to ensure that participants are able to get right into the activity without having to scuttle around. Once the facilitators have briefed on the rules and regulations, servicemen from the Singapore Air Force immediately went online to look for inspirations for their paintings.

While our Art Jamming workshop allows participants to paint whatever they want, most of them decided to feature a dragon, the logo of their unit. During the session, they were all having a jolly good time, laughing and making jokes alongside each other. When the workshop was about to end, some of the participants even assisted their peers by lending a helping hand in painting their canvases.
