This pottery class is great for beginners wanting to try the pottery wheel and glazing. Over two sessions, you’ll learn to shape clay and apply stunning glazes to your creations.
The studio, run by former doctor Joan, aims to promote mental wellness through creative expression.
What to Expect
- Learn how to use the electric pottery wheel for wheel throwing
- Learn how to coordinate your feet and hands to control the spinning wheel
- Create your own artwork under the guidance of an experienced instructor
- Paint and glaze your artwork in a separate session (to be arranged with staff)

Wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. An apron might be a good idea too.

Each participant makes one piece. Extra pieces will cost a bit more.

The first session is 2.5 hours, and the second session is 1.5 hours.
- What's the interval between sessions?
