Welcome to Coastal PlayGrove, the crowning jewel among the playgrounds in Singapore. The playground area is the former Big Splash water theme park.
It is a kid’s dream come true where it includes the tallest outdoor play tower in Singapore, a nature play garden, and a play area with water play elements within. The vertical challenge will give you a high adrenaline rush and the long slides will make you feel ecstatic.
The views around the entire area are also great, especially the panoramic view of East Coast Park. This is a great place to bring your children and have some fun too.
2. Tampines Green Forest Park
A great way to explore the Tampines Green Forest Park. This playground is divided into 3 sections: the largest one is the obstacle course area while the near by has a fitness corner and the little one in the photo is walkable tot’s playground.
The gauntlet on the top of the structure, the cargo net and the tall slide are the highlighted obstacles. Kids enjoyed it and loved it! Suitable for families who wish to explore high-element obstacles in playground.
3. Admiralty Park
26 slides, 1 playground. where do they go? They go to Admiralty Park! One of the playgrounds with the most slides in the world, as of now. It used to be in a little spot in Singapore called Hougang, known for its older population.
The park recently moved to Admiralty Park, as it is known 一 of Singapore’s newer and much bigger residential areas. The playground (as seen above) has 3 sections called Junior Play, Adventure Play and Family Terracing Play. Besides the fun, the playground incorporates different features so that children of all abilities can play in the park. For example.
4. Marine Cove Playground
Marine Cove Playground is located right next to the beachfront, consisting of a whole lot of swings and slides and a bubble-shaped three-storey play structure. It is divided into two age-specific areas for toddlers and older kids, with an ample area for parents to sit and relax while their kids are entertained.
5. Jacob Ballas Children’s Garden
Jacob Ballas Children’s Garden is the first children’s garden in Asia. It houses a farm, an orchard and a forest with streams and ponds.
Kids can jump around on trampolines, hide in tree houses and go zipping through the air on a flying fox zipline, all while learning about the birdlife and the importance of habitats thanks to a new Global Trees Canopy Walk.
This garden is a place for children to discover their curiosity about nature through adventure and play.
6. Jurong Lake Gardens
Jurong Lake Gardens is one of the biggest nature parks you can find in the heartlands. They have obstacle courses, sunken trampolines, a zipline and a tower slide. Everything is gigantic and there are just so many things to do. This place is really good for burning off your kid’s energy and also for parents who just want to take a leisurely stroll and chill. Bring some food and just spend the whole day here.
7. West Coast Park
Free entrance to West Coast Park, a 50-hectare play zone with a camping site, barbecue pits and children’s play areas. Highlights include a large zip line, pyramid-shaped rope course and a wooden Viking ship playground. Great value for families who want to spend the day outdoors.
8. Jubilee Park
Jubilee Park, near Fort Canning MRT Station, is a park with a nature theme built around a playground – which in turn incorporates natural elements with its playthings. There are swing sets, a log scramble, hydraulic see-saws and a treehouse including climbing nets.
It’s a wonderful place for children to run around, climb, swing, ponder, splash in the water play areas, and express their creativity. It’s surrounded by greenery and nature, which is pretty nice.
9. Tiong Bahru Park
It’s just one of the things that keeps Tiong Bahru Park’s train playground — with other features like slides, ramps, ziplines, swings, and a padded play area for toddlers — a big draw among the many playgrounds in Singapore.
